中文摘要:完美的匹配條件對於設計可重置切換的微波耦合器是重要的,因為這通常會影響各切換模態之植入損耗、反射損耗以及隔離度,一般來說,多種切換模態之重置耦合器的匹配設計是複雜的,因此,有系統的方法可以簡化可重置耦合器之設計,二極體已經廣泛使用在可切換微帶分枝線耦合器,在過去,在大部分的切換式微帶分枝線耦合器沒有將二極體逆偏壓與順偏壓的雜散電容與電感值考量在設計中,這可能會對於想要的匹配條件造成很大的影響,本計畫提出五種可重置分枝線耦合器,其利用二極體來實現切換機制,每一種所提出之電路設計皆包含二極體的雜散效應,特別地,所提出的最後一種可切換之分枝線耦合器,具有四種完美匹配之操作模態,在過去的文獻中是沒有被發現的。
英文摘要:Perfect matching condition is important for designing reconfigurable switched microwave coupler because it usually affects the insertion loss, return loss, and isolation in each switched mode. In general, matching design of multi-switched mode reconfigurable coupler is complicated. Therefore, systematic method can simplify a reconfigurable coupler design. Diode has been widely used for switching microstrip branch-line couplers. In the past, most of switchable microstrip branchline couplers did not include the detailed designs of reversed- and forward-biased parasitic capacitance and inductance, which might significantly affect the desired matching conditions. In this program, five reconfigurable branch-line couplers using diode for switching mechanism are proposed. Each design of the proposed circuits includes diode parasitic effect. Specifically, the proposed last switchable branch-line coupler with four perfect matching operating modes has never been published in the past literatures.
