中文摘要:在射頻系統中,雙工器或三工器在前端電路中是重要的元件,一般來說,在雙工器或三工器中的設計中,匹配電路往往被加在濾波器之外部,這樣的設計可能會降低電路尺寸的安置效率,雖然雙工器或三工器使用耦合饋入線耦合共振器濾波器設計每一個通帶的響應,可能可以避免匹配電路的面積,但當電路以微帶線的型式製作時,外部品質因子的實現也許是一個挑戰,本計畫提出兩種具整合匹配電路之微帶雙工器(雙工器A與雙工器B)與兩種微帶三工器(三工器A與三工器B),來緩解上述的問題,在雙工器A或雙工器B中,一段四分之一波長匹配線段被嵌入於所提的分枝線共振器BLR AD或BLR BD中,在三工器A或三工器B中的分枝線共振器BLR AT或BLR BT則整合兩段λ/4匹配線段,特別地,所有提出之電路皆使用直接耦合饋入耦合共振器濾波器獨立設計每一個通帶的響應,但卻不需要額外匹配電路在濾波器外部,此外,每一個濾波器之第一個共振器皆整合於提出的分枝線共振器(BLR AD、BLR BD、BLR AT與BLR BT)中。
英文摘要:In radio frequency system, diplexer or multiplexer is an important component in front end circuit. In general, matching circuits usually need to be added outside filters when designing a diplexer and a triplexer, which may degrade the circuit size arrangement efficiency. Although a diplexer or triiplexer using coupled-feed-line coupled-resonator filter for designing each band response may avoid matching circuit size, the realization of external quality factor may be a challenge when the circuit is implemented in microstrip-line form. This program proposes two microstrip diplexers (Diplexer A and Diplexer B) and two microstrip triplexers (Triplexer A and Triplexer B) with integrated matching circuits for relaxing the above mentioned issues. In Diplexer A or Diplexer B, a quarter-wavelength (λ/4) matching line is embedded in the proposed branch-line resonator BLR AD or BLR BD. Two λ/4 matching lines are integrated in the presented branch-line resonator BLR AT/BLR BT of Triplexer A/Triplexer B. Specifically, all of the proposed circuits using directed-feed coupled-resonator filter can design each band responses independently without extra matching circuits outside filters. Besides, the first resonator of each filter is also integrated in the proposed four branch-line resonators (BLR AD, BLR BD, BLR AT, and BLR BT).
