中文摘要:本計畫首先主要先提出一種新型低通帶通雙工器,其基本結構是結合一低通濾波器與一帶通濾波器於雙路徑,在雙工器中的匹配電路,通常需要被謹慎的設計,但從過去的低通與帶通雙工器文獻中,我們並未發現有系統性的匹配電路之設計流程,為了克服這項瓶頸,本計畫提出一清楚簡單之低通與帶通雙工器之設計。接著,根據雙雙工器結構與類似本計畫所提出之低通與帶通雙工器的匹配電路設計,一種新型的雙頻低通與帶通濾波器也被提出。在所提出之低通與帶通雙工器與雙頻低通與帶通濾波器的適當位置接上二極體,新型可切換式低通與帶通雙工器與新型可切換式雙頻低通與帶通濾波器也被提出,特別地,如何放置二極體於所提出的切換電路已在本研究中討論,因這是很重要的設計部分,最後本研究也提出一種利用負載二極體於耦合線饋入濾波器結構中的新型可切換選擇度之濾波器,在研究中所有的電路皆被仔細實現與驗證。
英文摘要:The purpose of this program is to develop one new microstrip low-pass and bandpass diplexer. The basic structure combines one low-pass filter and one bandpass filter based on the signal dual-paths structure. It is usually important that matching circuits should be designed carefully in a diplexer. However, in our knowledge, how to use a systematic procedure for a low-pass and bandpass diplexer design has not been proposed in the previous literature. To overcome this obstacle, this program proposes a clear simple procedure for a low-pass and bandpass diplexer design. Based on the double-diplexing structure and the similar matching concepts of low-pass and bandpass diplexer, a new dual-band filter with low-pass and bandpass response is proposed in this research. By connecting diodes in proper locations of the proposed lowpass-bandpass diplexer and dual-band lowpass-bandpass filter configurations, a new switchable lowpass-bandpass diplexer and switchable dual-band lowpass-bandpass filter are also proposed in this study. Specifically, how to arrange the diodes in the proposed switchable circuits have been discussed in this study because it is one of the essential design parts. Finally, this study also presents a new switchable selectivity microstrip bandpass filter by using diode-loaded resonators in the coupled-line feed structure filters. All of the presented circuits for the proposed program have been implemented and examined carefully.
