中文摘要:本計畫提出一個操作於2.45/5.8 GHz的雙頻帶且具有Chebyshev頻率響應的濾波型Wilkinson功率分配器,此功率分配器乃是將傳統Wilkinson功率分配器中的四分之一波長阻抗轉換器換成以四分之一波長步階式阻抗共振腔所實現的兩階帶通濾波器架構。為了提供良好的隔離度,將一個表面黏著的電阻元件置於輸出端的四分之一波長共振腔之間,因此所設計電路有考慮到輸出端四分之一波長共振腔之間的耦合效應。除了電阻提供良好隔離度以外,另外加上表面黏著電容元件來補償奇偶模態間電氣長度的差異。所設計的Wilkinson功率分配器已製作在RO4003C微波基板上,並以網路分析儀加以量測。量測結果顯示,嵌入的帶通濾波器結構讓所設計的Wilkinson功率分配器具備良好的雙頻段頻率選擇性,量測結果也和電磁全波分析數據有很好的一致性。
英文摘要:A 2.45/5.8-GHz dualband Wilkinson power divider with Chebyshev-type filter response has been proposed. The quarter-wavelength transformers in a traditional Wilkinson power divider have been replaced with a second-order bandpass filters realized by quarter-wavelength stepped-impedance resonators. A surface-mounted resistor for good isolation has been placed between the quarter-wavelength resonators at the output ports. The coupling between the resonators at the output ports was therefore considered. In addition to the resistor for good isolation, a surface-mounted capacitor has been included to compensate the electrical length difference between the even and odd modes. The designed Wilkinson power divider has been implemented with a RO4003C substrate, and measured by a network analyzer. The measured results show that, with the embedded bandpass filter, the proposed Wilkinson power divider exhibits good dual frequency selectivity. The measured results also show good consistency with full-wave simulated data.
